The hinges are used so they both have signs of light normal wear, there is some surface rust here and on them. Free shipping is for us lower 48 states only, may not be available to some PO.

Box address. I tested them before removing and both the left right side seemed to work great with no noticeable defects, opened, held hood up closed as they should. It looks like someone repainted them at some point years ago.
