This will not fit the 59 bubble glass windshield. You are buying on a used windshield gasket for 1957 or 1958 Plymouth Dodge Desoto Chrysler 2/4 door hardtop.

There is some light stress cracking in the high areas but will not be apparent once glass installed and sealed.

It could stand a good cleaning and lube to make look like new. This gasket is used but still very pliable and usable.
