This part is dirty dusty and has scratches a bent outer mounting tab from storage seen in the pictures, should be easy to bend back into shape with an adjustable wrench or hammered flat so it will properly fit your vehicle. Someone has put a tie strap on one of the mounting tabs and I can see where there was sticker or something that been peeled off seen in pictures.
